GRANTS
At any given time, there are a number of government and non-government grants available to organisations and community groups within the electorate of Port Stephens.
I regularly send out an email which lists the grants programs that are seeking applications. Please contact my office to be included in my grants email list.
Community Building Partnership Grants
Each year, through my office, the Community Building Partnership program funds a number of local grants to community groups throughout Port Stephens. The grants provide funding for infrastructure projects that deliver social, environmental and recreational outcomes. For more information, visit the Community Building Partnership website.
Local Sports Grants
The Local Sport Grant Program provides funding, through my office, for sporting groups to increase physical activity, reduce barriers to participation in local sport, and assist clubs provide quality service to their members. Grants can be provided for training and administration purposes, running a local sports event, subsidising participation costs, or enhancing/constructing sporting facilities.
